CREAM CHEESE SPREAD
Ingredients
milk 1/2 ltr
Curd 1 cup
cream 1/2 cup
salt 1/4 tsp
mixed herbs 1/2 tsp
milk as required
chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
Method
- For home made paneer,boil 1/2 litre milk in a pan ,when it starts boiling add 1 cup curd and stir continusly .
- If you want instead of curd you may also use vinegar mix in little water or lemon juice.
- Now you see water separates.Stain it in a bowl using muslin cloth .Paneer is ready.
- In a mixer grinder add home made paneer, cream,salt,mixed herbs.
- Blend it ,scrape the sides with a spoon,if required add 1 tbsp milk and blend it to make a creamy mixture .
- Now add some chilli flakes.
- Cream cheese spread is ready ,try it with toasted bread.
