KUTTU KA CHILLA
Kuttu atta 1/2 cup
Singara atta 1/2 cup
Boiled potatoes 1
Sindha namak as per taste
Black pepper powder 1/4tsp
Method
1. Mashed potatoes in a bowl and mix with all the ingredients.
2. Add water as required to make a batter like cheela. Consistency should not so thick or not watery.
3. Heat a nonstick tawa on medium heat and grease with some ghee..
4. Pour two spoonful batter on tava and spread. This will not spread like normal cheela, just do as much as possible easily.
5. Apply oil on the top of cheela and sides as well. Let it cook for 30-40 seconds.
6. Flip it over to the other side and cook. It should be golden brown after cooking.
7. Kuttu cheela is ready to serve with curd or raita ,imli chutney and aaloo sabzi.
