SITAFAL ICE CREAM
 
INGREDIENTS

Milk Full fat                         500 ml
Milk powder                         2 tbsp
Custard apple (sitaphal) 1/2 cup
Condensed milk                  2 tbsp
Sugar                                     2 tbsp
            
METHOD
  1. Take milk at room temperature. Add the milk powder and stir well till it dissolves. Make sure there are no lumps.
  2. Boil the milk till half then add condensed milk and mix well. 
  3. Then add sugar and simmer for another 4-5 minutes.Allow to cool completely.
  4. Place a strainer over a bowl. Take the custard apple pulp in the strainer. 
  5. Using a whisk or a spoon, whisk the pulp vigorously. 
  6. You will notice the seeds separating from the pulp. Continue whisking till all the seeds are separated.
  7. Using a spoon, take away the seeds. Keep the pulp aside.
  8. In a blender, add the custard apple pulp and the boiled milk .
  9. Blend for 60 seconds.
  10. Pour into air tight containers and cover the lid.
  11. Freeze for 2 hours.
  12. The ice cream is partly set by 2 hours. Take this in the blender again and blend for 60 seconds.
  13. Pour back into the airtight container. Close the lid and freeze for 8 hours, or till it is set completely.
  14. Serve cold.
