RAJ KACHORI

 INGREDIENT
Suji.                                1/2 cup
Maida.                             3/4 cup
Oil                                    2 tbsp
Degi mirch.                      1/2 tsp
Urad dal (dhuli)powder    1/2 cup
Coriander (half crushed ). 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder              1/2 tsp
Oil.                                     1 tsp

METHOD

  1. Make soft dough of suji ,Maida ,oil and degi mirch.
  2. Keep aside and again knead till smooth.
  3. Mix dal powder,coriander and red chilli powder.
  4. Take lemon size ball,flatten it,apply some oil and put some dal filling.
  5. Make its pleats to cover and make peda.
  6. Roll it with soft hands or with belan.
  7. Fry in medium hot oil. Slow the heat,fry till very crisp.
  8. Remove from oil,place on paper napkin.
