LEMON CORIANDER SOUP
Ingredients
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Coriander chopped 2tbsp
Ginger chopped 1/2 inch
Green chilli 1
Oil 1tsp
Onion finely chopped 1/4 cup
Carrot finely chopped 1/4 cup
Cabbage finely chopped 1/4 cup
Vegetable stock 3 cup
Corn flour 2tsp
Salt to taste
METHOD
- Heat oil in a deep nonstick pan add ginger and chilli and saute on a medium heat for few seconds.
- Now add finely chopped onion and saute for few seconds.
- Now add carrot and cabbage and saute for 1minute on medium heat.
- Mix cornflour in 1 cup water .
- Add vegetable stock, salt and cornflour mixture to the vegetables and cook on a medium heat for 2_3 minute while stirring continuously.
- Add lemon juice and coriander and mix well.
- Serve the lemon coriander soup immediately.
- For better taste, If you want you can add 1 tbsp readymade hot and sour soup powder to it while boiling.
