CHOCOLATE BROWNIES


Ingredients 

dark chocolate   1/2cup 

Salted butter       1/4cup 

Condensed milk  1/4cup 

Milk                        1/2cup 

Powdered sugar   1/2cup

Maida                      3/4cup 

Cocoa powder        4tbsp 

Baking powder      1/4tsp 

Walnuts                   for garnish 


Method 

  • Chop the chocolate with knife. 
  • Melt dark chocolate with butter in a bowl in a double boiler pan or in microwave for 1-2 minutes. 
  • Cool this mixture for 1-2minutes. 
  • Preheat the oven for 10minutes at 180 degree.
  • Grease the cake tin with oil and dust with maida.
  • Add condensed milk and milk in chocolate mixture and mix it well. 
  • In a strainer, strain powdered sugar,maida, cocoa powder and baking powder.
  • Mix all the strained ingredients in the chocolate mixture. 
  • Transfer this mixture into the greased tin and tap the tin on the surface. 
  • Garnish the batter with chopped walnuts. 
  • Bake this mixture in an oven for about 25-30 minutes. 
  • Cool the cake for about 15-20 minutes and cut the cake into pieces. 
  • Enjoy this brownie with vanilla Ice cream.
