INGREDIENT
Suji. 1/2 cup
Maida. 3/4 cup
Oil 2 tbsp
Degi mirch. 1/2 tsp
Urad dal (dhuli)powder 1/2 cup
Coriander (half crushed ). 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Oil. 1 tsp
METHOD

METHOD
- Make soft dough of suji ,Maida ,oil and degi mirch.
- Keep aside and again knead till smooth.
- Mix dal powder,coriander and red chilli powder.
- Take lemon size ball,flatten it,apply some oil and put some dal filling.
- Make its pleats to cover and make peda.
- Roll it with soft hands or with belan.
- Fry in medium hot oil. Slow the heat,fry till very crisp.
- Remove from oil,place on paper napkin.
