METHOD -

METHOD -
- Preheat the oven at 180 degree celsius.
- Sieve the maida,baking powder,baking soda three times in a separate bowl.
- Mix milkmaid,butter with a egg beater or hand beater.
- Add sugar,oil,vanilla essence and salt.
- Beat this mixture with beater. Then add curd to it.
- Add cocoa powder and milk in a separate bowl to make smooth batter.
- Grease the cake tin with butter and dust it with maida.
- Mix the dry ingredients with milkmaid batter.
- Add milk as required to make smooth batter.
- Add some better to cocoa mixture.
- First put some normal batter in the tin ,then add some cocoa better and then normal batter.
- Tap the tin slightly on the top.
- Bake this in the microwave convection mode at lower rack for 30-40 minutes.
- Allow them to cool for 2-3 hours.
- Garnish with icing .
- In a pressure cooker , pour 1 packet salt and a ring or stand.
- Heat the cooker,covered the lid without wishtle,for 3-4 minutes on high heat.
- Then place the cake tin on stand.
- Close the lid( without whistle) ,lower the flame and let it cook for 40-45 minutes or until done.
- Reuse the salt for later baking.
