PAN ICECREAM
Ingredients
Wipped cream 1/2 cup
cream 1 cup
condensed milk 1/2 cup
milk 1/4 cup
milk powder 1 tbsp
powdered sugar 1 tbsp
Green colour 1 drop
Pan leaf. 1
Gulkand. 1tbsp
METHOD
- Make sure that all the ingredients cream, milk,condensed milk should be chilled .
- Beat the wipped cream with electric beater or hand beater till soft peak stage or light and fluffy.
- Now add cream ,condensed milk and mix well with the cream with the beater.
- Now add milk ,milk powder,green colour,powdered sugar and mix it well.
- Mix pan leaf and gulkand with Little milk in mixer grinder.
- Now mix the gulkand mixture into the cream mixture.
- Now transfer this mixture into plastic container.
- Cover this with cling wrap and close the lid.
- Keep this container in deep freezer for about 7-8 hours with medium to high temperature.
- Serve this ice cream with little gulkand on top.
