PAN ICECREAM 









Ingredients 

Wipped cream  1/2 cup

cream                 1 cup

condensed milk  1/2 cup

milk                    1/4 cup

milk powder        1 tbsp

powdered sugar    1 tbsp

Green colour         1 drop 

Pan leaf.                   1

Gulkand.                  1tbsp 


METHOD 

  1. Make sure that all the ingredients  cream, milk,condensed milk should be chilled .
  2. Beat the wipped  cream with electric beater or hand beater till soft peak stage or light and fluffy.
  3. Now add cream ,condensed milk and mix well with the cream with the beater.
  4. Now add milk ,milk powder,green colour,powdered sugar and mix it well.
  5. Mix pan leaf and gulkand with Little milk in mixer grinder.
  6. Now mix the gulkand mixture into the cream mixture.
  7. Now transfer this mixture into plastic container.
  8. Cover this with cling wrap and close the lid.
  9. Keep this container in deep freezer for about 7-8 hours with medium to high temperature.
  10. Serve this ice cream with little gulkand on top.
