MIRCHI BADA
Ingredients
For stuffing
Moti green chilli 6
boiled potato 2-3
salt 1/2 tsp
amchur 1/2 tsp
haldi 1/4 tsp
ajwain 1/2 tsp
dhania powder 1/2 tsp
red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
coriander chopped 1 tbsp
For batter
basen 1 cup
hing 2 pinch
salt 1/2 tsp
red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
baking soda a pinch
oil for frying

Method
- With a knife slit each chilli from one side. Remove the seeds and the pith. Keep aside.
- Boiled the potatoes in a pressure cooker.Peel them and mash them.
- Add salt,amchur,haldi,ajwain dhania powder,red chilli powder and chopped coriander in the mashed potato.Mix it well.
- Now stuff the potato mixture in the green chillies.Keep aside.
- In a bowl take basen,add hing ,salt,red chilli powder and baking soda .
- Add water to make thick batter.Beat the batter till light and white.
- Dip the stuffed chilli in the batter. Coat it very well with batter.
- Now deep fry them in medium hot oil till golden in colour.
- Remove the mirchi bada on paper napkin to remove excess oil.
- Serve these mirchi bada with tomato sauce,imli chutney and coriander chutney.
