Method
- On a tawa or in pan ,roast jeera,dhania,kali mirch and laung for 2-3 minutes.
- In a mixer jar grind the roasted masala with kala namak,salt and red chilli powder.
- Papri masala is ready to sprinkle on papri chat or any other chat.
