Ingredients

jeera                      2 tbsp
dhania sabut          2 tbsp
kali mirch              15
laung                     5
kala namak            1/2 tsp
salt                         1/2 tsp
red chilli powder   1/2 tsp

Method

  1. On a tawa or in pan ,roast jeera,dhania,kali mirch and laung for 2-3 minutes.
  2. In a mixer jar grind the roasted masala with kala namak,salt and red chilli powder.
  3. Papri masala is ready to sprinkle on papri chat or any other chat.
