PAPRI CHAAT

Ingredients

suji                         3 tsp 
maida                     1 cup 
refined oil              1 1/2 tbsp 
salt                         1/2 tsp
boiled potatoes    1-2
beated curd          3-4 tbsp 
imli chutney          1-2 tbsp 
papri masala        1/2 tsp

Method 

  1. In a big bowl mix suji ,maida,refined oil and salt.
  2. Make a stiff dough using little water as required. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
  3. Make very small thin poories.Prick these poories with fork.
  4. Heat oil in a kadai. Fry these poories on medium heat. Fry till light brown.
  5. Remove it on a paper napkin. Papris are ready.
  6. Arrange 8-10 papris in a plate.Top the papris with boiled potatoes .
  7. Add a generous amount of fresh beaten curd.
  8. Top it with imli chutney .Sprinkle papri masala on the top.
  9. Serve papri chaat immediately as soon as are done it.
  10. You may add green chutney or pomegranate seeds on top of it.
