CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

Ingredients

dark chocolate 175 gms
 hot water          135 gms
ice cubes           10-15

Method

  1. In a big bowl add chopped chocolate and hot water.
  2. Mix it with whisker,it looks like a chocolate sauce.
  3. In a big bowl ,take ice cubes. Place chocolate sauce bowl on ice bowl and stir continuesly with a whisker.
  4. It incorporates air in mousse,which will make mousse fluffy and airy.
  5. Stir it continuesly for 15-20 minutes on ice bowl. Beat until stiff peaks.
  6. Serve this mousse in a bowl or glass and garnish it with chopped nuts ,whipped cream and fresh fruit.
