Method
- In a big bowl add chopped chocolate and hot water.
- Mix it with whisker,it looks like a chocolate sauce.
- In a big bowl ,take ice cubes. Place chocolate sauce bowl on ice bowl and stir continuesly with a whisker.
- It incorporates air in mousse,which will make mousse fluffy and airy.
- Stir it continuesly for 15-20 minutes on ice bowl. Beat until stiff peaks.
- Serve this mousse in a bowl or glass and garnish it with chopped nuts ,whipped cream and fresh fruit.
