VANILLA ICE CREAM
Ingredients
cream 1 cup
condensed milk 1/2 cup
milk 1/4 cup
milk powder 1 tbsp
powdered sugar 1 tbsp
vanilla essence 1/4 tsp
Method

Method
- Make sure that all the ingredients cream, milk,condensed milk should be chilled .
- Beat the cream with electric beater or hand beater till soft peak stage or light and fluffy.
- Now add condensed milk and mix well with the cream with the beater.
- Now add milk ,milk powder,vanilla essence,powdered sugar and mix
- Now transfer this mixture into plastic air tight container .
- Cover this with cling wrap and close the lid.
- Keep this container in deep freezer for about 7-8 hours with medium to high temperature.
- Serve this ice cream with different types of fruits and fruit crush on top of it.
