VANILLA ICE CREAM

Ingredients

cream                 1 cup
condensed milk  1/2 cup
milk                    1/4 cup
milk powder        1 tbsp
powdered sugar    1 tbsp
vanilla essence     1/4 tsp

Method

  1. Make sure that all the ingredients  cream, milk,condensed milk should be chilled .
  2. Beat the cream with electric beater or hand beater till soft peak stage or light and fluffy.
  3.  Now add condensed milk and mix well with the cream with the beater.
  4. Now add milk ,milk powder,vanilla essence,powdered sugar and mix 
  5. Now transfer this mixture into plastic air tight container .
  6. Cover this with cling wrap and close the lid.
  7. Keep this container in deep freezer for about 7-8 hours with medium to high temperature.
  8. Serve this ice cream with different types of fruits and fruit crush on top of it.
