INSTANT KALAKAND

INGREDIENTS

paneer               1  1/2 cup
milk powder      3/4 cup
cream                3/4 cup
powder suger   1/2 cup
elaichi powder  1/2 tsp
chopped pista  2 tbsp

Method

  1. Grate the paneer in a bowl.
  2. In a non stick pan add paneer,milk powder,cream and powder sugar.
  3. On a low flame cook the mixture untill the it leaves the sides of the pan. 
  4. It take about 10-15 minutes .Stir the mixture regularly .
  5. Add elaichi powder and switch off the flame immediately.
  6. Grease the thali with ghee.
  7. Transfer the kalakand mixture in thali. Spread the mixture evenly with spatula.
  8. Garnish it with chopped pista.Cool this mixture on room temperature for about 2-3 hours.
  9. When the mixture is completely cool down,cut it into pieces with knife.
  10. Instant Kalakand is ready to serve.
