INSTANT KALAKAND

paneer 1 1/2 cup
milk powder 3/4 cup
cream 3/4 cup
powder suger 1/2 cup
elaichi powder 1/2 tsp
chopped pista 2 tbsp

Method
- Grate the paneer in a bowl.
- In a non stick pan add paneer,milk powder,cream and powder sugar.
- On a low flame cook the mixture untill the it leaves the sides of the pan.
- It take about 10-15 minutes .Stir the mixture regularly .
- Add elaichi powder and switch off the flame immediately.
- Grease the thali with ghee.
- Transfer the kalakand mixture in thali. Spread the mixture evenly with spatula.
- Garnish it with chopped pista.Cool this mixture on room temperature for about 2-3 hours.
- When the mixture is completely cool down,cut it into pieces with knife.
- Instant Kalakand is ready to serve.
