BEDMI POORIES

Ingredients

suji                    1/2 cup        
atta                     1 cup
salt                     1/2 tsp      
urad dhuli dal     1/2 cup
suji                      2-3 tbsp
sabut dhania        2 tbsp
saunf crushed      1 tbsp
hing                      1/4 tsp
red chilli powder  1 tsp
hot oil                    2 tbsp

Method

  1. Make a soft dough of suji,atta and salt.  Re-knead the dough after 20 minutes till smooth.
  2. Soak the dal for 2-3 hours and grind it without water.
  3. In a big bowl take the grinded dal then add suji ,saboot dhania ,saunf,hing,red chilli powder and pour hot oil and mix it.
  4. Make small ball of dough,flatten it and fill some stuffing.Make a ball again and roll out into poories.
  5. Deep fry in hot oil and serve with aloo sabji .
