BEDMI KI ALOO SABZI

Ingredients
potato                         1/2 kg
salt                              1 1/2 tsp
haldi                            1/2 tsp            
sabut kali mirch           5-6
methi laungi chutney    1 tbsp
tomatoes                       2
ginger                            1"
chilli                              2
hing                               2 pinch
degi mirch                     1 tsp
amchur                          3/4 tsp
jeera                              1 tsp
kala namak                    1/4 tsp
coriander                       2 tbsp
oil                                  4 tbsp

Method

1  Peel the potatoes and cut them into 1" pieces.
2  Pressure cook potatoes,salt,haldi,sabut kali mirch and methi laungi chutney with 2 cups of water for 2 whistle.
3  Heat oil in a kadahi and add jeera,hing let them splliter.
4  Add chopped ginger,chilli and tomatoes.Cook till soft and mashed.
5  Add degi mirch and pressure cooked potatoes.Give them a boil and mashed slightly.
6  Add amchur and kala namak and cook for another 4-5 minutes on low flame.
7  Serve hot and sprinkle some chopped coriander on it.
