PAPER DOSA

rice 1 cup
meethi dana. 1 tsp
mix dhuli dal. 1 tsp each
(chana,moong,arhar etc.)

Method
- Soak the rice in a bowl with enough water for 4-5 hours or overnight.
- Soak urad dhuli,meethi dana and mix dals with enough water for 4-5 hours or overnight.
- Drain the water of rice and dals and blend in to make a fine paste in a mixer grinder, with little water,separately.
- Transfer both the mixtures into a deep bowl , add salt,mix well and keep aside.
- Cover and ferment in a warm place for 8-10 hours.
- Heat a non- stick tawa ,sprinkle a little water on the tawa and wipe it off gently using a cloth.
- Pour a ladleful of the better on it and spread it in a circular motion to make a thin circle of (9")diameter.
- Pour a little ghee over it and along the edges and cook on a high flame till the dosa turns brown in colour and crisp.
- Fold over to make a semi- circle or a roll.
- Serve the dosa immediately with coconut chutney and sambhar.
