NUTRITIOUS BURGER
Ingredients
bread buns 6
lettuce leaves 12
onion slices 6
cucumber slices 12
tomato slices 12
tomato sauce 2-3 tsp
salt to taste
mayonnaise 3-4 tbsp
For mint paneer tikkis
boiled potatoes 1/2 cup
paneer grated. 1/2 cup
mint chopped 4 tbsp
green chilli 2
cornflour 2-3 tsp
salt. to taste

For mint paneer tikkis
boiled potatoes 1/2 cup
paneer grated. 1/2 cup
mint chopped 4 tbsp

cornflour 2-3 tsp
salt. to taste
Method
- Combine all the ingredients of the mint paneer tikki in a bowl and mix well.Divide mixture into 6 equal portions.
- Shape each portion into a round and flatten slightly to make tikkis.
- Cook them on a non- stick pan using a little oil till both sides are golden brown.Keep aside.
- Horizontally slice each bun into two and toast lightly ona tawa.
- Apply little mayonnaise and tomato sauce on both the halves of the bun.
- On one half of the bun arrange 2 lettuce leaves,a tikki,an onion slice,2 cucumber slices and 2 tomato slices.
- Sprinkle a little salt and cover with the other half of the bun.
- Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make 5 more burgers.
- Serve immediately.
