

Beetroot poori
Ingredients
atta. 1 cup
beetroot. 1 small
salt. 1/2 tsp
red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
oil. 1 tbsp
Method
- Make puree of beetroot in a mixer .
- Mix all the ingredients and knead a stiff dough using little water if required.
- Make small balls with dough. Roll out like chapatis.
- Fry in hot oil.
Ingredients

maida. 1/4 cup
curd. 1 tbsp
desiccated coconut. 2 tbsp
salt. 1/2 tsp
oil. 1 tbsp
oil. 1 tbsp
milk. as desired
Method
- Mix all the above ingredients.Knead a stiff dough using milk as required.
- Make small balls with dough.Roll out like chapatis.
- Fry in hot oil.
Palak poori
Ingredients
palak. 250 gms
chilli. 1-2
atta. 11/2 cup
salt. 1 tsp
oil. 2 tbsp
Method
- Boil stemless palak in enough water,drain it and make a puree of it.
- Mix all the above ingredients.knead a stiff dough using little water as required.
- Make small balls with dough.Roll out like chapatis.
- Fry in hot oil.
