TRI COLOUR POORIES

Beetroot poori

Ingredients
atta.                     1 cup
beetroot.              1 small
salt.                      1/2 tsp
red chilli powder  1/2 tsp
oil.                        1 tbsp

Method
  1.  Make puree of beetroot in a mixer .
  2. Mix all the ingredients and knead a stiff dough using little water if required.
  3. Make small balls with dough. Roll out like chapatis.
  4. Fry in hot oil.  
Coconut poori

Ingredients 
atta.                          3/4 cup 
maida.                      1/4 cup 
curd.                         1 tbsp 
desiccated coconut.  2 tbsp 
salt.                           1/2 tsp
oil.                            1 tbsp 
milk.                          as desired 

Method 
  1. Mix all the above ingredients.Knead a stiff dough using milk as required.
  2. Make small balls with dough.Roll out like chapatis.
  3. Fry in hot oil.
Palak poori

Ingredients 
palak.          250 gms
chilli.          1-2 
atta.             11/2 cup 
salt.              1 tsp 
oil.                2 tbsp 

Method 
  1. Boil stemless palak in enough water,drain it and make a puree of it.
  2. Mix all the above ingredients.knead a stiff dough using little water as required.
  3. Make small balls with dough.Roll out like chapatis.
  4. Fry in hot oil.
FOR TRI COLOUR POORIES 
  1. Take red, white and green dough .
  2. Join it length wise and roll out with light hands .
  3. Cut the dough in small pieces and roll out like chapatis.
  4. Fry in hot oil.
