Ingredients
curd thick. 2 cups
mint. 2 tbsp
coriander. 2 tbsp
green chilli. 1-2
tomato. 1
onion. 1
salt. 1/2 tsp
black grape juice. 1/2 cup
Method
- Beat the curd well in a big bowl.
- Finely chopped mint,coriander,green chilli and onion.
- Deseed the tomato and chopped finely.
- Mix all the ingredients into the beated curd.
- Refrigerate it for 1/2 an hour.
- Serve chill and garnish it with some fruit slice or mint leaves.
