LACHHA  PANEER

Ingredients
paneer.                         200 gms.
ginger. long shreds       2" long
green chilli.                  2
onion.                           3 medium
tomato.                         1 big
fresh coriander.             1 tbsp
curd beaten.                   1/2 cup
laung crushed.                2
salt.                                 1 tsp
bhuna jeera.                    1/2 tsp
kitchen king masala.       1 tsp
chilli powder.                  1/2 tsp
haldi.                               1/2 tsp
kali mirch crushed.         6
oil.                                  4-5 tbsp
garlic crushed.optional  5 flakes

Method

  1. Cut paneer into 1/2" thick 2"long finger size and onion into pieces and semi circle.
  2. Heat the oil in a kadahi.Add onion and garlic.
  3. Fry till little brown,add ginger and fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Add haldi,red chilli powder,bhuna jeera,kitchen king masala and crushed laung.
  5. Add tomatoes and green chillies.Cook for 5 minutes on low flame and mashed lightly.
  6. Add beaten curd gradually and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Add salt and paneer.Add half cup water.Cook till masala dries up little.
  8. Add crushed kali mirch and chopped coriander.
  9. Garnish with grated paneer,coriander and chopped tomato.
