POTATO NUGGETS

Ingredients
corn.                    4 tbsp
onion.                  1/2
red chilli flakes.  1 tbsp
cheese cube.        1
fresh dhania.       1/2 cup
bread.                   2 slices
boiled potato.       2-3
salt                        to taste
bread crumbs.        1 cup
corn flour.             1/4 cup
maida.                   1/4 cup
oil.                         to deep fry

Method
  1. In a mixer jar add corn,onion,red chilli flakes,cheese cube,bread and fresh dhania.Blend it in a fine paste without adding water.
  2. In a bowl take this paste ,salt and  boiled potatoes and mix it well in a smooth paste.
  3. With clean hands take a small portion in hand and shape it like nuggets.
  4. In a bowl take corn flour,maida and little water ,make a smooth paste.
  5. In a big bowl or plate take bread crumbs.
  6. Firstly dip the nuggets in maida mixture then roll it in bread crumbs .
  7. Keep these nuggets in a plate for 2 minutes so that the bread crumbs stick with maida mixture.
  8. Heat the oil in a kadahi and deep fry them .
  9. Serve nuggets with mayonnaise and ketchup.
  10. You can also kept them in a freezer in a ziplock bag for atleast 10 days and fry them whenever you need.
