METHI PALAK PANEER

Ingredients 
paneer.                200 gms
green chilies        3-4
spinach (palak).   500 gms
cashews (kaju).    10
kassori methi.      3 tbsp 
oil                         3 tbsp 
salt.                      to taste 
onion grated         2
malai or cream.    1/4 cup 
milk                     1/4 cup 
butter.                  1 tsp 
special masala.     1 tsp 
       for special masala crushed 3 chhoti elaichi,3 laung, 1 piece dalchini, 5 kali mirch,1 moti elaichi 

Method 
  1. Cut the paneer into 1/2 inch pieces.Fry them and dipped into hot water with 1 tsp salt.
  2. Soak the cashew in water for 1 hour.Make paste in a grinder.
  3. Boil palak leaves for 7-8 minutes,then stain it and cool it in a running water so that the colour remain green and make paste,not very fine.
  4. Heat oil,fry onion till golden brown.
  5. Add special masala,kassori methi and cashew paste,saute for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Then add malai and milk.
  7. Add palak paste and salt. cook for 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with butter and serve hot.
