BHINDI JASELMERI

Ingredients 

bhindi.                      300 gms
baby onion.              150 gms
salt                            1 tsp 
dhania powder          1 tsp 
red chilli powder       1 tsp 
amchoor                    1 tsp 
haldi                          1/2 tsp 
saunf.                        1/2 tsp 
basen.                       2 tbsp 

Method 
  1. Wash the bhindi,dry them, cut from top and make slits in bhindi.
  2. Cut the onions into 4 pieces.
  3. Mix all the masalas in a bowl except basen.
  4. Sprinkle masala over bhindis and onions.
  5. Heat oil in a kadahi,add basen and cook for 1 minute on low flame till it smells good.
  6. Add bhindi and onions.
  7. Cook for at least 20 min. on medium heat till bhindi became tender and dry crisp.
  8. Cook bhindi without lead.
