BHINDI JASELMERI
Ingredients
bhindi. 300 gms
baby onion. 150 gms
salt 1 tsp
dhania powder 1 tsp
red chilli powder 1 tsp
amchoor 1 tsp
haldi 1/2 tsp
saunf. 1/2 tsp
basen. 2 tbsp
Method
- Wash the bhindi,dry them, cut from top and make slits in bhindi.
- Cut the onions into 4 pieces.
- Mix all the masalas in a bowl except basen.
- Sprinkle masala over bhindis and onions.
- Heat oil in a kadahi,add basen and cook for 1 minute on low flame till it smells good.
- Add bhindi and onions.
- Cook for at least 20 min. on medium heat till bhindi became tender and dry crisp.
- Cook bhindi without lead.
