ANAR MINT RAITA
Ingredients
curd. 2 cups
salt. to taste
anar juice 1/2 cup
green chilli chopped 1
bhuna jeera. 1/2 tsp
black pepper 1/2 tsp
mint chopped 2 tbsp
anar seeds. 2 tbsp

Method
- Hang the curd for 2 hours in a muslin cloth and then beat it.
- Mix all the ingredients except anar seeds in the beaten curd.
- Chill it in the refrigerator for two hours.
- Sprinkle some anar seeds on the top while serving.
