ANAR MINT RAITA

Ingredients
curd.                             2 cups
salt.                               to taste
anar juice                     1/2 cup
green chilli chopped    1
bhuna jeera.                 1/2 tsp
black pepper                1/2 tsp
mint chopped               2 tbsp
anar seeds.                    2 tbsp

Method

  1. Hang the curd for 2 hours in a muslin cloth and then beat it.
  2. Mix all the ingredients except anar seeds in the beaten curd.
  3. Chill it in the refrigerator for two hours.
  4. Sprinkle some anar seeds on the top while serving.
