PYAZA PANEER
Ingredients
paneer (cut into 2"pieces ). 200 gms
tomato (red hard cut into 8 pieces ). 1
green coriander 1/4 cup
green chilli (chopped ). 2
onions (cut into semi circle ). 3
dry saboot dhania(crushed with balen). 1 tbsp
salt. 1/2 tsp
chilli powder 1/2 tsp
oil. 1tbsp
ginger 1" piece
GRAVY
onion big 2
ginger 1" piece
thick beated curd. 1/2 cup
cream or malai. 2 tbsp
oil. 2 tbsp
salt. 1/2 tsp
haldi. 1/4 tsp
chilli powder. 1/2 tsp
water 1 cup approx.
garam masala. 1 tsp
Method
- Gravy- In a mixer ,make a paste of onion and ginger .
- Heat oil in a pan ,add onion paste.Stir fry till golden brown.
- Add salt,haldi,chilli powder and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Add curd gradually to onion paste,cook till oil separate .
- Add water and give 1-2 boils .Then add cream or malai and cook for 1 minute.
- Pyaza paneer- Heat oil in the kadahi,add sliced onions,fry till golden brown.
- Add salt,dhania crushed,chilli powder,green chillies and tomato pieces.Mix well.
- Add paneer and mix it in prepared gravy.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes.Sprinkle some coriander and ginger julliens.
