Ingredients
paneer (cut into 2"pieces ).                      200 gms
tomato (red hard cut into 8 pieces ).        1
green coriander                                        1/4 cup
green chilli (chopped ).                            2
onions (cut into semi circle ).                   3
dry saboot dhania(crushed with balen).   1 tbsp
salt.                                                           1/2 tsp
chilli powder                                            1/2 tsp
oil.                                                            1tbsp
ginger                                                        1" piece

GRAVY
onion big                  2
ginger                       1" piece
thick beated curd.     1/2 cup
cream or malai.        2 tbsp
oil.                            2 tbsp
salt.                          1/2 tsp
haldi.                       1/4 tsp
chilli powder.          1/2 tsp
water                       1 cup approx.
garam masala.          1 tsp

Method
  1. Gravy- In a mixer ,make a paste of onion and ginger .
  2. Heat oil in a pan ,add onion paste.Stir fry till golden brown.
  3. Add salt,haldi,chilli powder and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add curd gradually to onion paste,cook till oil separate .
  5. Add water and give 1-2 boils .Then add cream or malai and cook for 1 minute.
  6. Pyaza paneer- Heat oil in the kadahi,add sliced onions,fry till golden brown.
  7. Add salt,dhania crushed,chilli powder,green chillies and tomato pieces.Mix well.
  8. Add paneer and mix it in prepared gravy.
  9. Cook for 1-2 minutes.Sprinkle some coriander and ginger julliens.

Instead of garam masala prepare special masala of 5 chhoti elaichi,1 moti elaichi seeds, 1 stick dalchini,4 long and 5 kali mirch.Crush this in grinded and put 1 tsp in gravy
