GOL-GAPPE PANI
Ingredients

pudina leaves       2 cup
dhania leaves.      1 cup
green chillies       1-2
raw mango.          1 small
jal jeera powder.   2 tsp
hing.                      2 pinch
salt.                        2 tsp
black salt                3/4 tsp
red chilli powder    1/2 tsp
sugar.                      1 tsp
lemon juice             1 tbsp
imli chutney.           1 tbsp

Method 
  1. Put pudina leaves,dhania leaves,green chillies and raw mango in a blender and grind to a fine paste using little water.
  2. Transfer this paste in a large bowl and add rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  3. Mix this paste in 1/2 jug of water.
  4. Chill for at least 2-3 hours after making so that all the flavours have blend properly.
  5. At the time of serving add ice cubes.
