suji 1/2 cup
atta. 1 tbsp
oil or ghee 1/2 tbsp
warm water. 1/4 cup
Method
- Put suji and atta in a bowl.Make a hole in suji, pour oil and little water.Mix it well,and make a smooth dough with water as required.
- Cover and Keep the dough aside for 10- 15 minutes.Again knead the dough till smooth.
- Make the small thin puries round or oval.
- Immediately fry the puries in hot oil till puffed up, slow the heat and fry till crisp and golden.
- Drain on absorbent paper.
- Serve this with aalo and gol- gappe pani.
ATTA GOL-GAPPE

Maida 1tbsp

Method
- Put maida,suji in a bowl and knead the dough using soda to make a smooth dough.
- Knead it till it becomes smooth.
- Cover it with a wet cloth and keep aside for 10 minutes.
- Again knead it and divide the dough in 4 equal portions.
- Roll it like chapati and cut with cookie cutter or with small katori and place on a wet cloth for 5-10 minutes.
- Fry the puries in hot oil till puffed up,slow the heat and fry till crisp and golden.
- Drain on an absorbent paper.
- Serve with aalo and gol- gappe pani.
