ATTA AND SUJI GOL- GAPPE

SUJI GOL-GAPPE

Ingredients
suji               1/2 cup
atta.               1 tbsp
oil or ghee    1/2 tbsp
warm water.  1/4 cup

Method

  1. Put suji and atta in a bowl.Make a hole in suji, pour oil and little water.Mix it well,and make a smooth dough with water as required.
  2. Cover and Keep the dough aside for 10- 15 minutes.Again knead the dough till smooth.
  3. Make the small thin puries round or oval.
  4. Immediately fry the puries in hot oil till puffed up, slow the heat and fry till crisp and golden.
  5. Drain on absorbent paper.
  6. Serve this with aalo and gol- gappe pani.  


ATTA GOL-GAPPE

Ingredients
Suji           1/2cup 
Maida           1tbsp
chilled soda. 1/4 cup

Method

  1. Put maida,suji  in a bowl and knead the dough using soda to make a smooth dough.
  2. Knead it till it becomes smooth.
  3. Cover it with a wet cloth and keep aside for 10 minutes.
  4. Again knead  it and divide the dough in 4 equal portions.
  5. Roll it like chapati and cut with cookie cutter or with small katori and place on a wet cloth for 5-10 minutes. 
  6. Fry the puries in hot oil till puffed up,slow the heat and fry till crisp and golden.
  7. Drain on an absorbent paper.
  8. Serve with aalo and gol- gappe pani.
