TIRAMISU (INSTANT)
Ingredients
fresh paneer 100 gms(1/2 kg milk)
vinegar 1-2 tbsp
fresh cream. 250 gms
vanilla essence. 1 tsp
powdered sugar 5 tbsp
chocolate flakes 4 tbsp
paneer whey(water). 2-3 tbsp
chocolate biscuit 1 packet
milk. 1/2 cup
coffee 1 tsp
Cocoa powder 1 tbsp
sugar powdered. 2 tsp
Method

chocolate flakes 4 tbsp
paneer whey(water). 2-3 tbsp
chocolate biscuit 1 packet
milk. 1/2 cup
coffee 1 tsp
Cocoa powder 1 tbsp
sugar powdered. 2 tsp
Method
- Boil milk,cool it for 3-4 minutes.Dissolve vinegar in 1/2 cup water,mix it in milk and stain it.Paneer is ready.
- Grind the paneer in a mixer with 2 tbsp paneer whey(water)till very smooth.
- Beat cream and powdered sugar till dropping or falling peaks are formed.Add vanilla essence and mix it in the paneer paste .Chill it for few minutes.
- Mix coffee,cocoa powder and powdered sugar in 1/2 cup milk to make cocoa milk.
- Soak half of the biscuit in Cocoa milk and arrange this in a serving dish.
- Top with half of the whipped paneer cream.Freeze for 30 minutes until it has set.
- Arrange another layer of cocoa milk soaked biscuits over the first layer of cream cheese.
- Spread the remaining whipped paneer cream .Freeze for 2-3 hours until set.
- Decorate with chocolate flakes and cherries.Chill it and serve.
