HAKKA NOODLES


HAKKA NOODLES

Ingredients
noodles boiled.                        2 cup
oil.                                           2 tbsp
spring onion white chopped.  1/4 cup
carrots sliced thinly                 1/2 cup
cabbage shredded.                   1/4 cup
capsicum sliced thinly.            1/2 cup
paneer cut triangle shape         1/2 cup
soya sauce.                               1 tsp
black pepper powder                 a pinch
spring onion green chopped.    2 tbsp

Method

  1. Heat oil in a wok or kadahi,add spring onion whites and saute on a high flame for 30 seconds.
  2. Add cabbage,carrots,capsicum and saute on a high flame for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add noodles,paneer,soya sauce,black pepper powder and salt and toss on a high flame for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle spring onion green and toss well.
  5. Serve immediately with tomato sauce and chilly sauce.
