WALNUT CHOCOLATE CAKE
Ingredients
Maida. 11/2 cup
Cocoa powder. 1/2 cup
Egg. 6
Sugar. 3/4 cup
Cream or white butter. 1/2 cup
Baking powder 1 tbsp
Milk 1/4 cup
Walnuts ( chopped ) 1/4cup

Method
- Beat sugar and butter till it becomes white and creamy.
- Beat eggs separately and mix with sugar and butter mixture.
- Preheat the oven and grease the cake tin with oil and maida.
- Sieve maida,cocoa ,baking powder in a bowl 2-3 times.
- Gradually fold the floor in the egg mixture and mix gently till no lumps remain.
- Add the milk and walnuts,mix well.
- Take a well greased cake tin and pour the batter into it.
- Bake this on 250 degrees centigrade for 20-25 minutes.
- Cool it at room temperature.
- Cut into small pieces and serve with vanilla ice-cream.
