WALNUT CHOCOLATE CAKE
Ingredients
Maida.                           11/2 cup
Cocoa powder.              1/2 cup
Egg.                               6
Sugar.                            3/4 cup
Cream or white butter.  1/2 cup
Baking powder              1 tbsp
Milk                               1/4 cup
Walnuts ( chopped )       1/4cup

Method

  1. Beat sugar and butter till it becomes white and creamy.
  2. Beat eggs separately and mix with sugar and butter mixture.
  3. Preheat the oven and grease the cake tin with oil and maida.
  4. Sieve maida,cocoa ,baking powder in a bowl 2-3 times.
  5. Gradually fold the floor in the egg mixture and mix gently till no lumps remain.
  6. Add the milk and walnuts,mix well.
  7. Take a well greased cake tin and pour the batter into it.
  8. Bake this on 250 degrees centigrade for 20-25 minutes.
  9. Cool it at room temperature.
  10. Cut into small pieces and serve with vanilla ice-cream.
