TRIFLE PUDDING
Ingredients
sponge cake 1 small
cream. 250 gms
sugar powder 4 tbsp
pineapple juice 1/2 cup
mix fruit (chopped). 2-3 cups
vanilla essence. 1/4 tsp
charries,chocolate shavings and orange wedges for decoration

Method
- Beat the cream and sugar with electric beater or hand beater till you get soft peaks.
- Keep this cream in refrigerator for 10 minutes.
- Slice the cake into small pieces.
- Line half of the cake pieces in a serving bowl and sprinkle some pineapple juice.
- Now layer half of the chopped mixed fruits .
- Then make a layer of cream.Again repeat all the layers,starting with cake.
- Finish it with cream layer with a spatula and decorate with charries,chocolate shavings and orange wedges.
- Keep this in a fridge to set for 3-4 hours or overnight.
- Serve this pudding as a desert.
