TRIFLE PUDDING

Ingredients
sponge cake             1 small
cream.                       250 gms
sugar powder            4 tbsp
pineapple juice         1/2 cup
mix fruit (chopped).  2-3 cups
vanilla essence.        1/4 tsp
charries,chocolate shavings and orange wedges for decoration

Method

  1. Beat the cream and sugar with electric beater or hand beater till you get soft peaks.
  2. Keep this cream in refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  3. Slice the cake into small pieces.
  4. Line half of  the cake pieces in a serving bowl and sprinkle some pineapple juice.
  5. Now layer half of the chopped mixed fruits .
  6. Then make a layer of cream.Again repeat all the layers,starting with cake.
  7. Finish it with cream layer with a spatula and decorate with charries,chocolate shavings  and orange wedges.
  8. Keep this in a fridge to set for 3-4 hours or overnight.
  9. Serve this pudding as a desert.
