RAM LADOO

Ingredients
Moong dal dhuli.         1/2 cup
Channa dal.                   1/2 cup
Salt                               1/2 tsp
Eno (optional).             1/2 tsp
Radish (mooli) lachha. 2
Chat masala                  2 tsp
Green chutney.             1-2 tsp

 Method

  1. Soak both dals in a bowl for 6-8 hours.
  2. Grind dals with little water coarse grinding.
  3. Beat grinded dal in a big bowl for approximately 20 min. or with electric beater for 10 minutes till very light and fluffy.
  4. Add salt and eno.
  5. Heat oil in a kadahi,drop approximately 1 tbsp dal paste with wet fingers,reduce heat. Make more ram ladoos.Fry till golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with mooli lachha ,chutney and chaat masala.
