DRY FRUIT BURFI/LADOO

Ingredients

khajoor.                             1/2 cup
ghee.                                 1 tbsp
poppy seeds (khus khus). 2 tbsp
til.                                      1/4 cup
raisins                                1/4 cup
pista.                                  1/4 cup
kaju.                                   1/4 cup
almonds                              1/4 cup
jaggery (gud).                     1/2. cup
honey                                  1 tsp

Method

  1. In a blender,blend seedless khajoor without water. Keep aside.
  2. Now finally chop raisins,pista,kaju,almonds and dry roast in a non stick pan and keep aside.
  3. In a non stick pan dry roast the til and poppy seeds and keep aside.
  4. In a non stick pan add ghee and gud. when gud starts to melt add honey.
  5. Now add khajoor,dry fruits,til and poppyseed.
  6. Keep on mixing all the dry fruits in gud till they combined together.
  7. Turn off the flame and allow the mixture to cool for 2-3minutes.
  8. If you want to make ladoos than bind them in shape of ladoos with help of your hand.
  9. If you want to make burfi than start rolling the mixture to form a log.
  10. Cut into thick slices once set completely. 
  11. Enjoy dry fruit burfi for a month when stored in a air tight container.
