ATTA LADOO

Ingredients

whole wheat flour               1 cup
ghee                                    1/2 cup
sugar (bura).                       1 cup
roughly chopped almonds  1/3 cup
cardamom powder              1/4 tsp

Method 
  1. In a heavy pan or kadahi,melt ghee and add flour.
  2. Stir fry over low flame,roast until the flour turns aromatic.It also begin to turn dark in colour.Stir it continuously otherwise the flour may get burnt.
  3. At this point ,the ghee will start to separate from the flour.
  4. Remove the pan from the gas and cool it for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Add the powdered sugar or bura,cardamom powder,almonds and 
  6. Mix the mixture well so that all the ingredients mix well.
  7. Take small portions and roll into balls.
  8. Your ladoos are ready .
