ATTA LADOO
Ingredients
whole wheat flour 1 cup
ghee 1/2 cup
sugar (bura). 1 cup
roughly chopped almonds 1/3 cup
cardamom powder 1/4 tsp

Method
- In a heavy pan or kadahi,melt ghee and add flour.
- Stir fry over low flame,roast until the flour turns aromatic.It also begin to turn dark in colour.Stir it continuously otherwise the flour may get burnt.
- At this point ,the ghee will start to separate from the flour.
- Remove the pan from the gas and cool it for 10-15 minutes.
- Add the powdered sugar or bura,cardamom powder,almonds and
- Mix the mixture well so that all the ingredients mix well.
- Take small portions and roll into balls.
- Your ladoos are ready .
