PAV BHAJI

Ingredients
onion                                                          2
tomatoes                                                     3
cabbage                                                      1/2
cauliflower                                                 1/2
carrot                                                          2-3
boiled peas.                                                3/4 cup
potatoes (boiled and mashed roughly).      2
ginger garlic paste                                      1 tsp
pav bhaji masala                                         3 tsp
salt.                                                             11/2 tsp
butter.                                                          3 tbsp
coriander (chopped).                                   2 tbsp
pav.                                                              3 packets

Method

  1. Pressure cook cabbage ,cauliflower and carrot chopped with 3-4 tbsp water for 3 minutes.
  2. Heat oil add chopped onion,cook till golden brown.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste,cook for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add pav bhaji masala,salt,chopped tomatoes and boiled peas. cook and mash on fire.
  5. Add cooked vegetables and mashed potatoes.Mash this with masher.
  6. Add 2 tbsp butter and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  7.  Heat tawa. Apply some soft butter on halved buns.
  8. Press buns with spatula till soft and crisp.
  9. For salad slice some onion and sprinkle some salt,red chilli powder,amchoor and lime juice and mix well.
  10. Served with hot bhaji,garnish with butter and coriander,serve with salad.
