PAV BHAJI

boiled peas. 3/4 cup
potatoes (boiled and mashed roughly). 2
ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
pav bhaji masala 3 tsp
salt. 11/2 tsp
butter. 3 tbsp
coriander (chopped). 2 tbsp
pav. 3 packets

Method
- Pressure cook cabbage ,cauliflower and carrot chopped with 3-4 tbsp water for 3 minutes.
- Heat oil add chopped onion,cook till golden brown.
- Add ginger garlic paste,cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Add pav bhaji masala,salt,chopped tomatoes and boiled peas. cook and mash on fire.
- Add cooked vegetables and mashed potatoes.Mash this with masher.
- Add 2 tbsp butter and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Heat tawa. Apply some soft butter on halved buns.
- Press buns with spatula till soft and crisp.
- For salad slice some onion and sprinkle some salt,red chilli powder,amchoor and lime juice and mix well.
- Served with hot bhaji,garnish with butter and coriander,serve with salad.
