GARLIC BREAD
Ingredients
For dough
maida. 1/2 cup
instant yeast 3/4 tsp
warm water 1/2 cup
sugar. 2 tsp
salt. 1/2 tsp
garlic powder 1/2 tsp
For filling
sweet corn 1/2 cup
mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup
chilli flakes 1 tsp
origano 1 tsp
garlic powder or garlic crushed 3-4 tsp
salt. 1 tsp
oil. 2 tsp

sweet corn 1/2 cup
mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup
chilli flakes 1 tsp
origano 1 tsp
garlic powder or garlic crushed 3-4 tsp
salt. 1 tsp
oil. 2 tsp
Method
- In a bowl dissolve sugar in warm water and add yeast and keep aside for 15 minutes.
- Knead the soft dough with garlic powder ,salt and fermented yeast.
- Knead the dough for 4-5 minutes and add oil and knead the dough for 1 minute.
- Keep aside for 1 hour so that the dough become double.
- After 1 hour sprinkle some maida and punch the dough so that extra air in dough released.
- Divide the dough in two equal parts and roll with belan like chapati .
- Spread the cheese on half of the chapati and sprinkle some garlic powder and origano on it.
- Then spread some sweet corn and chilli flakes.
- Apply some water on sides of chapati and fold it into half and press the sides with fingers so that the edges are sealed.
- Brush the top with butter and sprinkle some garlic powder ,mixed herbs and chilli flakes.
- Then place the dough in baking tray and make marks in top layer with knife in 1 inches distance without cutting them fully.
- Bake in pre heated oven at 180 degree celcius for 15 minutes.
- Cut the garlic bread into pieces and serve.
