Ingredients
milk powder 2 cup
sugar 1 cup
baking soda 1/4 tsp
milk 1 cup
Method
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl,so that no lumps are formed till silky smooth consistency.
- Turn on the flame,in a non stick pan,heat milk powder mixture.
- On a low flame ,stir the mixture continuesly.
- You will see it thickens after 2-3 minutes.Keep stirring.
- It turns frothy after some time and become super creamy texture.
- Cool it completely and store in an air tight container in refrigerator and use it for 15 days.
- Use it in cake and ice cream.
