HEALTHY CHIVDA
Ingredients
puffed cereals 3 cup
cornflakes 1 cup
raw peanuts 2 tbsp
rai. 1/2 tsp
green chilli 1-2
curry leaves 15-16
roasted chana dal 1/4 cup
hing. 1/4 tsp
haldi. 1/4 tsp
powdered sugar 1 tbsp
oil. 2 tsp
salt. to taste

Method
- Roast the puffed cereals like whole wheat,jowar,bajra and rice with crushed corn flakes and peanuts in a non-stick pan,stirring occasionally till crisp.
- Heat oil in the pan, add mustard seeds,chopped green chilli,curry leaves and roasted chana dal and stir.
- When the seeds crackle,add hing and haldi and mix well.
- Add the roasted puffed cereals,cornflakes,peanuts,sugar and salt and mix well.
- Cool and store in an air-tight jar.
